The rooms here are really nice and clean, each with 2 single beds. the breakfast is good too, with yummy juice and warm buns that hit the spot. 🥐 It's all about the little things that make your stay here pleasant.

the breakfast was wonderful and well presented with juice and served on local pottery, as for instance. all of the staff was excellent and hospitable.

Our upgraded room was tidy and modern with cable channels and a writing table. We enjoyed the view of the inner courtyard. the hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the central square, the Sacred Valley, and the foothills. Additionally, it was in the heart of the city.

The stay was very comfortable, can just recommend. the breakfast was wonderful with juice and jam, exactly what we required. the staff were fantastically friendly the whole time. the hotel location was amazing up to the ruins. Besides, it was next to the wonderful market and center and main square.

We had a great stay at this little fabulous boutique hotel with good value. the location was stunning, near famous ruins, the main plaza, and the market, in a nice area. Easily reached Klemm's Smoke Haus for lunch/dinner.

The room was spacious and had a nice upgrade with the best hot shower 💦 and a cozy warm bed 🛏️. Plus, it was cool that a public market and local markets were just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore and shop around.

The breakfast was great with plenty of dishes. The hotel rooms were attractive and fairly quiet with a hot shower and a new toilet. The location was marvelous, close to a botanical garden.

The 24-hour front desk assistance was truly a lifesaver during my stay. I had a small mishap with my room key, and the staff quickly resolved the issue with a smile on their faces. It felt like having a personal concierge at my beck and call!

Roadworks noise.

Jen, the host, was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and always checked if everything was ok. The newly remodeled room was fantastic, with new mattresses and a nice bathroom. The location is excellent, right on the main road but still quiet. We stayed two nights and loved exploring the ruins and nearby lakes. Jen even arranged transportation for us to the lakes, and the hike was jaw-dropping. The nearby restaurant at the market was a great find for delicious and affordable meals. The property had a nice garden setting and even a convenient store. The staff spoke English and Spanish, making communication super easy. Laundry service was top-notch and breakfast was better than any other hostel we've stayed in. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again. The room at Hospedaje Familiar Kitamayu was cozy and comfortable, with a desk, nightstands, and lamps that made it feel like a home away from home. I loved having a private bathroom and cable TV, perfect for winding down after a long day exploring Pisac. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too!

I personally found the WiFi to be a bit slow, but it's just my opinion and others might not mind it.
